Our multi-processing machine offers the possibility to test any type of process, in order to verify the feasibility of the same in the design phase, or simply to perform some productions of different type.
This machine has nine motorized axles, of which: two vertical Z-axles, two horizontal-Y axles, a horizontal X-axle, two rests, a tailstock with a magnetic V-block and the rotating A-axle.
It is equipped with four different types of generators, which make it possible to cover a wide range of power (from 0 to 450 kW) and frequency (from 2 to 300 kHz), adapting well to any need of treatment on request.
It also has an excellent hydraulic system, a combination of tank-pumps that allows the maximum efficiency in cooling.

It boasts a cutting-edge software that allows to execute automatic changes of the generators, having the capability to create cycle programs even sophisticated; and it has a parameter control system as well, which is essential to perform a controlled and reliable production.
It is combined with an electric muffle furnace, capable of reaching up to 1100°C: this allows to make comparative tests of all the treatments performed, such as hardening, annealing, tempering, etc., so as to compare the treatments in the furnace with those by induction, thus always achieving the best possible result.
Our metallurgical laboratory is equipped to ensure that the various metallurgical processes, performed on our machines, have occurred properly and according to the requests of our Clients: from the treated workpiece, in fact, we are able to analyze, according to destructive methods and not, features such as: presence of cracks, surface hardness, effective depth, internal microstructure of the material, etc.
We have several metallographic cut-off machines, used on the basis of the size of the workpiece to be sectioned and the type of cut to be made.
For the metallographic preparation we have a series of state-of-the-art tools that allow us to obtain a sample that is perfectly visible under a microscope and in a short time.

The microdurometer field is our strong point: thanks to a fully automatic microdurometer with two screens (macro and micro), we are able to perform accurate analysis of the effective hardening depth, annealing quality, stress relieving, and other various treatments; all in a very short time, in a certified manner, managing to efficiently meet the increasingly demanding metallurgical specifications required by our Clients.
Our laboratory is provided with a wide variety of chemical reagents, able to create multiple types of reactants, so as to select each time the most effective one according to the type of material analyzed.
The professional hood permits a clean and safe work and, at the same time, it offers the possibility to use cold resins for the mounting of the samples to be analyzed.
Our optical microscopes allow us a thorough analysis of the samples under examination: the vision of the internal microstructure of the materials gives a clear indication of the quality of the treatment, as well as the intrinsic and extrinsic defects that may be at the origin of the process.
